Vet Clinic Dramatic Centre

Pretend Play teaches children the importance of empathy
which helps develop moral skills and socio-emotional roles in life.

This term, I created Vet Clinic for our dramatic corner.

In front desk, we have a Cash Register Toy,
old keyboard from the office, and an old
Telephone from a good friend.

Our Examination Room have
Thermometers, Tongue Depressors, Syringes, Cotton,
X-Ray Machine (which the kids used to draw bones),
Stethoscope, otoscope, and other tools

I also painted two empty grocery boxes to create
a pretend clinic bed for the pets.

Cat Food, Dog Food, Fish Flakes, Vegetables, and Treats
were made of recycled boxes.

We also have our Pet Pharmacy.

Medicines are made of recycled
plastic containers and papers as well.

Toys are one of the great materials to learn basic concepts in life.

Here is a matching activity that will help children enhance their fine motor skills, improve eye-hand coordination, and visual discrimination of colours.

No need to separate "play time" and "study" anymore! Yay!
